Support the Children’s Ministry at Rail City Campus as a part time coordinator. Lead program execution, engage with kids, and foster teamwork among volunteers in Coquitlam, BC.

This role assists the Campus Pastor and Family Ministries Pastor in enhancing children's ministry. You will contextualize the ministry's vision and oversee daily operations to ensure impactful children’s services. Building relationships with attendees and their families will be a key focus in your efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

- Implement CA Kids vision and culture at Rail City
- Oversee weekly execution of children’s services
- Engage with children at weekend services and special events
- Recruit, onboard, and develop volunteer leaders
- Prepare curriculum and manage volunteer files

Requirements:

- Experience in children’s ministry or similar environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to align with CA Church’s mission
- Meet all protection policy requirements
- Passion for inspiring children and families

Lead kids programming and create a welcoming environment at Rail City Campus.
