Now Hiring: Operations Coordinator Location: Barrie, Ontario We are looking for a reliable, organized, and motivated Operations Coordinator to join our team in Barrie, Ontario. The ideal candidate will have robust communication and coordination skills, experience handling phone calls and dispatch operations, and forklift experience. Previous dispatch experience is preferred. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily dispatch operations and schedule deliveries, pickups, and job assignments. Answer incoming calls, respond to customer inquiries, and communicate with drivers, customers, and team members. Coordinate and monitor daily operational activities to ensure smooth workflow. Assist with order processing, scheduling, and maintaining accurate records. Operate a forklift safely when required to support warehouse and operational needs. this position is office based. forklift operating duties are not always required. Help manage incoming and outgoing materials and ensure timely handling of shipments. Maintain clear communication between the office, warehouse, and drivers. Perform other administrative and operational duties as required.



Qualifications and Requirements Previous experience in dispatch or a similar coordination role is preferred. Forklift operating experience is required. Strong telephone communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills and the ability to maintain accurate records. Reliable, punctual, detail-oriented, and a strong team player. Preference will be given to candidates living in or near Barrie, Ontario, for convenient commuting.
