We are looking for crews who take the same pride in their work that we do. **WHAT WE EXPECT** • Minimum 4 to 5 person crew on every project • Extensive asphalt shingle installation experience • Ability to complete projects within the timeline provided • Excellent workmanship and attention to detail • Proper installation according to manufacturer specifications • Solid site protection and respect for our homeowners' properties • Thorough daily and final cleanup, including nails and debris • Progress photos throughout each stage of the project • Reliable communication with our production team • Ability to identify and communicate decking or installation concerns immediately • No disappearing from jobs or moving crews elsewhere before our project is complete • **You must provide a workmanship warranty and stand behind your work** • **Any warranty or workmanship concerns must be addressed promptly.
