Decor Floors Limited is currently looking for skilled and dependable individuals who exhibit reliability, excellent communication, and strong customer service skills to join our team in full-time roles in the following positions: FLOORING INSTALLERS We are looking for full time in-house installer with expertise in the following areas: 1) Flooring installers capable of handling carpet, hardwood, laminate, and vinyl installations for residential and commercial projects. 2) Installers skilled in sanding and refinishing hardwood floors, staircases, and installing new steps. 3) Tile installers with expertise in ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles, including backsplash and bath/shower applications. Experience in bathroom and standing shower rebuilds for residential (condos and houses) and commercial projects is essential. DRYWALLER/PAINTER Full time in-house drywaller/painter specializing in installation, framing, mudding and taping, painting and plastering, and framing for residential projects. HANDYMAN Full-time in-house handyman responsible for performing a wide range of general maintenance and repair tasks. Duties include carrying out basic repairs, drywall and painting work, assembling and installing fixtures and fittings,



and addressing routine maintenance issues. Handles minor plumbing work such as diagnosing and fixing leaks, replacing or installing faucets, sinks, and other plumbing fixtures. KITCHEN CABINET MAKER/INSTALLER 1) Build and install custom cabinets, moldings, and trim. 2) Detach and reset cabinets during renovations with minimal disruption. 3) Check work to ensure quality and match design specifications. 4) 2+ years of experience in millwork installation. 5) Ability to read technical drawings and skilled with hand and power tools SALES REPRESENTATIVES 1) Seeking experienced Flooring Sales Representatives to conduct onsite customer visits, take accurate measurements, evaluate site condition and present product samples to customers. 2) Understand customer needs and recommend suitable flooring options. 3) Build and maintain strong client relationships. 4) Generating leads and following up with prospects to achieve sales targets. 5) Provide expert guidance on products and installation. 6) Prepare drawings and detailed site measurements. 7) Minimum 2 years of flooring sales experience Applicants must hold a valid G driver’s license with a clean driving record.
