Responsibilities

- Assist residents or clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
- Support medication administration following proper protocols and under supervision when required
- Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding as needed, ensuring dietary needs are met
- Provide companionship and emotional support to promote mental well-being
- Perform light cleaning duties to maintain a safe, hygienic living environment
- Support individuals with disabilities or dementia by implementing personalized care plans




- Document care activities accurately and communicate effectively with team members about residents’ needs and progress

Experience

- Prior experience working in assisted living facilities or nursing homes is highly preferred
- Experience caring for seniors or individuals with disabilities, including dementia care, is advantageous
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures is a plus
- Demonstrated caregiving skills with a compassionate and patient approach
- Ability to perform cleaning tasks and meal preparation efficiently in a home or facility setting
- Familiarity with home care practices and supporting independence at home is beneficial
