This Job Is Not For Everyone.

You’ll walk. A lot. Street after street, driveway after driveway, up steps and back down again, for hours at a time. You’ll be out in the heat, the wind, and the cold, with a bag of door hangers over your shoulder and a route to finish before the day is done.

It’s not glamorous, and nobody is going to hold your hand. If that sounds miserable, stop reading now.

If you like being outside, on the move, and getting a clear job done by the end of the day, keep going.

Who We Are

ClaraVista Exteriors is a licensed, insured, family-owned exterior cleaning company in Calgary, and we’re growing fast. We specialize in premium window cleaning using deionized water technology that leaves glass spot-free, along with gutter cleaning, soft washing. Our door hangers are how we introduce ourselves to homeowners in some of Calgary’s best neighbourhoods. They only work if they get to the right doors, so the people hanging them matter more than you’d think.

What The Work Actually Looks Like

- Walking assigned Calgary neighbourhoods on foot, for hours, in whatever weather shows up
- Hanging a door hanger on every single door on your route, with no skipping houses and no dumping a stack in a garbage can because you’re tired
- Climbing steps, walking long driveways, and covering serious distance every shift
- Following your route map exactly and staying inside your assigned area
- Being respectful on people’s property: quiet, quick, and professional, with no damage to doors, gates, or landscaping
- Keeping track of your routes and being accountable for your numbers
- Showing up ready to work,

because routes don’t finish themselves

Who Thrives Here

- You’d rather be outside and moving than stuck behind a desk
- You’re reliable and self-driven, and you do the job right when no one is watching
- You can handle a long, repetitive, physical day without complaining
- You take pride in finishing what you started
- You want to grow with a company, not just collect a paycheque
- No experience? Perfect. We’d rather hire someone with zero background and a great attitude than someone who cuts corners. We’ll show you the routes, the process, and what good looks like. You bring the work ethic and the legs.

What’s In It For You

- Competitive pay, with potential for performance-based pay for people who consistently deliver
- You will be appreciated here. Good work gets noticed, and reliable people don’t stay in the background
- A spot with a fast-growing company, with real opportunities to move up as we expand
- Adaptable scheduling options for the right person
- A hands-on introduction to how a local service business gets customers, which is a great starting point if you want to move into sales or leadership down the road
- A tight crew that has your back, not a corporate call center pretending to care

This is hard, honest, outdoor work for someone who wants it. If you’re looking for easy, this isn’t it. If you want steady work, a company that notices effort, and a real chance to grow, apply today.
