Barista – Part-Time/Full-Time

brü espresso house is looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated baristas to join our opening team.

We’re creating a coffee shop focused on quality coffee, matcha, great service, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for people who enjoy working with others, care about the details, and can stay organized and positive in a fast-paced café environment.

Responsibilities

- Prepare espresso-based drinks, matcha, coffee, and other beverages consistently
- Provide friendly and attentive customer service
- Take orders and process payments through the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized bar, dining area, and work space
- Restock cups, milk, ingredients, and other supplies throughout the shift
- Follow recipes, drink standards, food-safety procedures, and cleaning routines
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining drink quality
- Help create a welcoming experience for every customer
- Bake, prepare pastries, sandwiches, cakes etc
- Cleaning duties throughout the cafe including bathrooms





What We’re Looking For

- Friendly, dependable, and comfortable working with customers
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and take feedback
- Reliable and punctual
- Available for a mix of weekday, evening, and weekend shifts
- Previous barista or café experience is a strongly preferred
- Latte art and specialty coffee experience are a bonus

Position

Part-time/Full-Time

Flexible availability is preferred. Morning, daytime, evening, and weekend shifts may be available.
