You will play an essential role in ensuring high-quality production through bulk receiving, mixing, pelleting, and shipping. This position requires proactive problem-solving and adherence to quality and safety standards in daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate production machinery efficiently and optimize performance
- Ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards
- Meet production targets and keep accurate records
- Execute small maintenance tasks on production equipment
- Report unsafe conditions and implement corrective measures
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
- Able to work 6 am
- 2 pm or 2 pm
- 10 pm shifts
- Capability to lift 25 kgs regularly
- Strong attention to detail in rapid-paced settings
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills
