Summary

Seasonal Concierge will welcome clients and deliver exceptional service during Holt Renfrew's Holiday 2026 celebration. The role supports memorable in-store experiences and helps clients with store information, products, services, and local recommendations.

Responsibilities

- Welcome clients and provide an extraordinary level of service.
- Respond to client inquiries in person, by phone, and by email, and resolve needs professionally.
- Provide information about the store, products, services, and local community.
- Process gift cards, provide point-of-sale support, and support holiday events.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a passion for exceptional client experiences.
- Confidence using technology and computer applications, and ability to thrive in a collaborative, rapid-paced environment.
- High school diploma and flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
