About the Role
The Company is in search of an Executive Director for Clinical Supply Management to play a pivotal role in the development of transformative, disease-modifying therapies for autoimmune diseases. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and building the clinical supply management function, defining and implementing clinical supply strategies for all programs, and ensuring the timely and compliant delivery of investigational products to patients in clinical trials.
This high-impact position requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of managing a global network of CMOs and logistics partners to meet the ambitious timelines and enrollment targets of multi-country and multi-site studies.
Applicants must have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in life sciences,
chemical engineering, or a related field, with at least 15 years' experience in clinical supply chain management, particularly with biologics. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in managing clinical supply for biologics in various formats, including vials, pre-filled syringes, and autoinjectors, within cold-chain environments.
Experience in commercial supply chain management is a plus. The Executive Director will be expected to collaborate cross-functionally, ensure compliance with global regulatory and quality standards, and manage the clinical supply budget. Robust communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build and maintain trusting relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
The position is remote, and the candidate should be prepared for periodic travel to team and company events.
