Support the diverse recreation needs of our Residents as a Recreation Assistant. Your role will focus on enhancing emotional, spiritual, and physical well-being through engaging programs.
As a Recreation Assistant, you will help plan and deliver a wide-ranging recreation program tailored to Residents. Your experience in a recreation department and familiarity with mature adults in hospitality or healthcare will be essential. A certificate or diploma in leisure, fitness, or recreation is preferred or in progress, as are strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning diverse recreational activities
• Deliver programs meeting Residents' emotional and physical needs




• Foster engagement through innovative recreational practices
• Collaborate with team members to enhance offerings
• Ensure accountability in daily programming tasks
Requirements:
• Experience in a recreation department setting
• Background working with mature adults
• Certificate or diploma related to leisure or recreation
• Strong accountability and problem-solving skills
• Availability to work Sunday to Thursday
