In this vital position, you will report to the Measurement Lead and play an essential role in measurement assurance, data integrity, and volumetric reporting. You will manage compliance plans, investigate measurement exceptions, and support audits while collaborating with various departments like Operations and Engineering. This role also offers the chance to mentor junior team members and drive continuous improvements in measurement performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and distribute the Measurement Compliance Plan (MCP) documentation
• Conduct measurement audits and field follow-ups for compliance
• Train facility staff on measurement practices and requirements
• Manage TMS transaction validation and exception reviews
• Support pipeline balancing and investigate exceptions actively
Requirements:
• Instrumentation Technician background or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of Western Canadian measurement requirements
• Solid problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Excel expertise required
• Active H2S and First Aid certifications, willingness to travel
