This position requires working on weekends from 11 PM to 7:15 AM, providing vital support to clients experiencing various challenges. As a Health Care Aide, you will engage with clients and their families, strengthening communication and rapport. Actively participate in a teamwork-driven workplace while adhering to health and safety protocols to ensure quality care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide care within Health Care Competencies
• Refer clients to healthcare team members when needed
• Build respectful relationships and communication
• Observe and report on client status and behaviours
• Support a clean, healthy, and safe workplace
Requirements:
• HCA certificate recognized by Alberta Health Services
• Certification in First Aid and CPR Level C
• Current satisfactory criminal record check
