This Ramp Agent position reports to the Manager of Ramp Operations. Your tasks will include sorting and managing baggage, freight, and equipment, along with towing, fueling aircraft, and maintaining airside safety. Flexibility, robust communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional service are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sort, load, and unload baggage and freight
• Tow and marshall aircraft, and service lavatories
• Perform physically demanding tasks safely
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Ensure adherence to on-time performance policies
Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to obtain Airside Vehicle Operator’s Permit
• Previous ramp or warehouse experience preferred
• Capable of lifting and handling loads up to 50lbs
