Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as an event coordinator.
- A proven track record of organizing successful events.
- Proficient in MS Office and event management software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding organizational abilities.
- A knack for problem-solving.
- Ability to handle stress and remain calm under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate all event activities and operations.
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Organize facilities and manage all event details such as decor, catering, entertainment,



transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material, etc.
- Collaborate with vendors, exhibitors, and stakeholders during the event planning process to ensure everything is in order.
- Manage event set-up, tear down, and follow-ups.
- Conduct final inspections on the day of the event to ensure everything adheres to the client’s standards.
- Assess an event’s overall success and submit findings.
