DCM is seeking experienced Electrician General Foremen to lead electrical scopes on major industrial projects in Fort McMurray, Alberta. This role involves supervising multiple crews, ensuring safety and quality, and coordinating with other disciplines. The ideal candidate is a proven leader with strong technical and planning skills, ready to work a 14/7 rotation with camp accommodations and paid flights from Calgary or Edmonton.

What You’ll Need
- Valid Red Seal Journeyman Electrician Certificate (recognized in Alberta)
- Minimum 5+ years of field leadership experience in industrial electrical construction
- 2–3+ years as a foreman or general foreman
- Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and P&IDs;
- Experience with scheduling, manpower planning, and productivity tracking
- Excellent communication and conflict-resolution skills
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Attention to detail and proficiency in field documentation
- Ability to lift and carry objects independently or as a team
- Ability to meet and maintain site access requirements
