Cherry Hill Programs is looking for a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager to join the team at our Sherwood Park location for the holiday season!

This role is responsible for helping create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for Guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the holiday retail experience.

What You’ll Do

- Lead and support the seasonal retail team during the holiday season
- Provide excellent customer service and help create memorable Guest experiences
- Oversee daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Support sales, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and store organization
- Train, coach, and motivate seasonal team members
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment




- Address Guest questions and concerns in a professional manner
- Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What They’re Looking For

- Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced workplace
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the holiday season

This is a seasonal position with Cherry Hill Programs.
