Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

- Assist with activities of daily living and provide Companionship
- Self-care activities like washing, dressing, and grooming
- Setting appointments, running errands and grocery shopping
- Accompanying and providing transportation to appointments
- In charge of carrying out the care plan for the clients
- Tracking client well-being and informing the program coordinator of any changes
- Keep up good relations with clients and their families.

- Home Care: 1 year (preferred)
