Home Care Assistance is looking for a dedicated RPN to assist a community client with intricate medical technology needs. Shifts are scheduled every other Sunday from 10:30 PM to 7:30 AM, requiring a commitment to awake overnight care. Ideal candidates must have expertise in pediatric tracheostomy maintenance and related medical equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments and re-assessments of client health
• Utilize medical equipment: g-tube, ventilator, and trach
• Provide medication administration and support
• Document care notes and reports accurately
• Communicate changes in client status to family and supervisors
Requirements:
• Current CNO registration in positive standing
• Valid First Aid/CPR certification
• Police Vulnerable Sector Check within last 6 months
• Experience with pediatric g-tube and ventilators preferred
• Reliable vehicle and current license required
