We’re looking for enthusiastic Early Childhood Assistants (ECAs) who love being around children, enjoy a busy and playful environment, and want to make every day a little brighter for the children and families we serve.

At Kids in Motion, everyone on the team plays an important role. You’ll work alongside RECEs and other educators to create a welcoming, engaging environment where children can learn, explore,
build friendships and just be kids!
What We’re Looking For
- Early Childhood Assistant (ECA) with a genuine passion for working with children
- Previous experience working with children is an asset
- Current Criminal Reference Check for applicants 18+ and Vulnerable Sector Screening for applicants 19+, in accordance with the Police Record Checks Reform Act (PRCRA). Please obtain a VSC-CRC valid if obtained within the last 6 months. CRC-VSC should be obtained no earlier than June 8, 2026.
- Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C, including infant and child CPR, or willingness to obtain
- Willingness to obtain RECE.
