Salary: Up to $75K
Key Responsibilities
- File management from intake to trial
- Preparing correspondence, requesting medical, employment and other records
- Preparing motion records, settlement and medical briefs
- Scheduling examinations for discovery, medical legal, mediations,hearings and court appointments
- Preparing Affidavit of Documents, document production and undertakings
- Trial and Hearing preparation
- Maintaining and updating calendars
Qualifications
- 5 years Plaintiff Personal Injury experience
- Law Clerk Diploma
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Flexibility to work overtime, as needed.
