Part Time Reception - Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Club Pay Rate: $18 - 20 per hour Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Club

At Mark Motors Group , we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service through some of the world's most recognized automotive brands. We are currently seeking a Part time Receptionist to join our Jaguar Land Rover Hunt Club team and help provide a warm, professional experience for every customer who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities:

Customer Service & Front Desk Operations

- Greet and welcome customers as they enter the showroom, ensuring they are directed to the correct department or team member.

- Maintain the customer lounge area, including cleaning, restocking beverages, managing juice/water supplies, dishware, tea/coffee pods, and daily Nespresso machine upkeep.

Phone & Communication Management

- Answer high volume calls and route them to the appropriate employee or department while delivering a professional customer experience.

- Accurately take and deliver messages to team members in a timely and organized manner.

- Manage incoming and outgoing communication, including mail, emails, faxes, printing, and photocopying.

Administrative & Office Support





- Oversee dealership supply inventory, placing orders as needed to ensure office and showroom readiness.

- Maintain and organize the Service Department filing system, ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date records for audits.

- Track and report daily greeting flow.

- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager and other departments, completing tasks and special projects as assigned.

General Office Maintenance

- Ensure a clean, well‑organized front‑desk environment, representing the dealership with professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer service focus.

- Experience handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Schedule - Saturdays from 9am-4:30pm

with the opportunity of more hours based on business needs.

Location - 295 West Hunt Club
