Mustang Landscape & Design
Victoria
If you enjoy being outdoors, working with a great team, and learning something current along the way, you’ll fit right in at Mustang.
Mustang Landscape is growing, and we’re adding to our team this fall. We’re looking for an enthusiastic Construction Team Member. You’ll work alongside experienced landscape professionals building and maintaining beautiful residential landscapes throughout Greater Victoria.
This is a hands‑on role with lots of variety. You might be excavating and preparing a site one day, installing drainage or hardscape the next, and working on planting, irrigation, lighting, or other landscape projects after that. You’ll often be learning something new, picking up practical skills, and taking on new challenges as you gain experience.
You don’t need to know how to do everything when you start. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude, a strong work ethic, and a genuine interest in learning.
Come for the outdoor work. Stay for the people, the variety, and the opportunity to grow.
At Mustang, you’ll work with a supportive team where everyone brings different skills and experience to the job. There’s always something current to learn, whether that’s operating a new piece of equipment,
building a new skill, or getting hands‑on experience with another area of landscaping.
If you like staying active, working with your hands, being part of a team, and seeing the results of your work at the end of the day, this is a great place to build your skills and your career.
Mustang is a COR Certified, Living Wage Employer and an award-winning landscape company, recognized for excellence in landscape design and project construction.
We work exclusively on beautiful residential properties and take pride in creating landscapes that our team and our clients are proud of.
