Your role will involve crisis intervention support, coordinating referrals, and following up with clients in both police and court processes. Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to police crisis call-outs and responsible incidents
• Provide emotional support and referrals to victims




• Assist clients with immediate needs like transportation
• Maintain accurate and confidential client files
• Represent the program and train volunteers
Requirements:
• High school diploma with social science courses
• Experience in victim services or police environments
• RCMP Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
• Class 5 Driver's License in BC
• Knowledge of court and police procedures
