What You’ll Need
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a safety specialist role within the construction industry
- CSO Designation
- Formal investigation training and experience leading investigations
- Solid understanding of safety regulations, industry best practices, and SHEQ management systems
- Proficiency in conducting workplace inspections and identifying hazards
- Experience investigating incidents and developing corrective action plans
- Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
