Key Responsibilities:
• Enforce laws and bylaw provisions within healthcare settings

• Maintain safe custody according to legislative requirements
• Conduct ongoing safety training and competency evaluations
Requirements:
• Minimum two years as a Qualified Person in healthcare
• Successfully complete ISO Training Program
• Valid Manitoba Security Guard License
• Robust verbal and written communication skills
• Physical and vision assessments aligned with national standards
