Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee Accessibility Services and Assessment & Testing Services • Develop strategies to promote substantive equality for students • Ensure compliance with accommodation duties across campuses • Lead partnerships to strengthen accountability and enhance services • Manage complex student needs and associated resources
Requirements: • Master’s Degree in a related field • 7 years' relevant post-secondary services experience • 5 years' management experience in a postsecondary setting • Familiarity with medical/psychological documentation • Proven expertise in project management and strategic planning
