As a Product Manager, you will own the roadmap for Lifecycle Management. Your expertise in time tracking, leave of absence, and PTO policies will help streamline complex processes across 185+ countries. You'll be instrumental in enhancing self-service options and partnering with engineering to ensure compliance and accuracy in our global workforce.

Key Responsibilities:



• Own the Lifecycle Management roadmap and execution for Time • Reduce operational overhead through employee self-service tools • Improve policy accuracy in collaboration with engineering teams • Define AI use cases for workflow automation • Translate market insights into prioritized product requirements

Requirements: • 3-5 years of Product Management experience • Solid communication skills across teams • Proven track record in product area ownership • Curiosity about complex systems across jurisdictions • HR tech or FinTech experience is a plus
