You will effectively plan work, supervise tasks, coach crew members, and maintain compliance with safety policies and project specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and perform hands-on work with the crew • Plan and assign daily tasks with clear communication • Supervise safety practices and productivity in office • Provide training and problem-solving support for crew • Maintain documentation and communicate progress daily
Requirements: • 5+ years in bridge or heavy civil construction • Strong knowledge of bridge construction methods • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings • Expertise in safety leadership and high-risk activities • Valid driver’s license for site travel
