Avenir Energy is seeking a skilled Class 1 (AZ) Flatbed Driver for seasonal work until May 2027. Your responsibilities will include safe transportation of equipment, customer service, and compliance with all regulations. Strong flatbed and forklift experience is key to succeed in this field-based role throughout Ontario, particularly in construction environments.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate a Class 1 flatbed truck and trailer
• Use Moffett forklift to load and unload safely
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
• Maintain communication with Dispatch on schedules
• Secure loads according to safety regulations
Requirements:
• Valid Class 1 (AZ) Driver's License
• Clean driver abstract and CVOR standards
• Previous flatbed driving experience preferred
• Moffett forklift operation experience an asset
• Solid customer service skills and independence
