Job summary
The Warehouse Associate has a key role in ensuring that products are received, verified, stored, and transported to the sales floor or in the warehouse in a safe and efficient manner. This role involves constant handling of merchandise that varies in weight from light to heavy throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, scan, verify and store all incoming products.
Including lifting freight for up to 7.5 hours with 2 breaks 15min (paid) and a meal break 30min (unpaid).
- Store overstock and retail shelf stocking
- Ship returns, process damaged claims and complete paperwork.
- Ensure inventory accuracy.
- Dispose garbage and cardboard and general warehouse cleaning and organizing.
- Operate all warehouse equipment safely – with training
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
Requirements / Skills
- No experience is required!!! – We will provide all the training you need!
- Ability to handle physical demands including standing/walking/lifitng for 8 hours and carrying heavy items, using a ladder, twisting, turning and reaching
- Ability to work shifts (days & week-ends and holidays). Scheduled days may change with the freight schedule changes.
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt and cope with challenging situations and make decisions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to multitask
- Certification in forklift and/or skyjack (scissor lift) (asset)
