In this key position, the Clinical Assistant will work closely with the Medical Director and healthcare team to ensure tailored patient experiences. Youll conduct patient consultations, educate on treatment options, and foster relationships to ensure excellent care. Your role is pivotal in monitoring patient progress and supporting the fertility treatment process.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support the Physician or Medical Director in patient care
• Conduct initial consultations and follow-up visits
• Provide education on fertility treatments and procedures
• Review medical histories to develop treatment plans
• Foster ethical relationships with patients and staff
Requirements:
• 1-3 years as a Clinical Assistant or similar role
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Experience in a collaborative clinical setting
• Patient-centered approach focused on empathy
• Willingness to travel between clinics as needed
