The Mustard Seed in Calgary is seeking a Housing Focused Shelter Worker to support guests in securing sustainable housing. You will provide crisis intervention, case management, and connections to internal and external resources.

This fixed-term, full time role runs June to December 2026 with evening shifts Tue-Sat. You will work on-site at the Women's Shelter, promoting dignity, safety, and empowerment for participants.
