As we continue to grow and expand our capabilities, we are seeking a skilled Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team in Oakville, Ontario. This role is integral to ensuring the high-quality assembly and production of our electronic devices.

Role Overview:

The Electronics Assembly Technician will be responsible for the precise assembly of PCBs, including soldering and wiring, to ensure the functionality and reliability of our electronic devices. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a passion for electronics and a commitment to excellence.

Responsibilities:

- Perform manual soldering and assembly of electronic components on PCBs with precision and accuracy.
- Execute wiring and cabling tasks for electronic devices, ensuring secure and functional connections.
- Read and interpret assembly drawings, schematics, and instructions to correctly assemble electronic components and systems.
- Inspect and test assembled electronic components to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues,



providing solutions to ensure the integrity and performance of electronic devices.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize assembly processes and improve product quality.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or diploma in Electronics or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in electronics assembly, with strong soldering skills and familiarity with PCB assembly processes.
- Ability to read and understand technical documents, such as schematics and assembly instructions.
- Attention to detail and precision in handling small components and performing intricate assembly tasks.
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
- Knowledge of electronic testing equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
