Our client is a well-established financial services organization supporting automotive dealerships and customers across Canada. They are seeking a Bilingual Contract Administrator to join their team and support the accurate and timely processing of financial contracts.
Reporting to a team supervisor, this position is responsible for reviewing submitted contracts, validating documentation, ensuring transaction accuracy and resolving issues with dealership partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and match contracts against internal systems to confirm approved terms and conditions.
- Review credit applications and supporting documentation for completeness, accuracy, required signatures and dates.
- Verify contract rates and applicable programs are accurately reflected.
- Enter and update contract information accurately within internal systems.
- Respond to inbound calls and email inquiries from dealership partners regarding contracts and documentation.
- Investigate and resolve contract or funding discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with dealership contacts.
- Ensure all documentation meets established internal requirements and procedures.
- Complete additional administrative and operational responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, banking, automotive,
legal administration or a related environment.
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education is an asset.
- Robust computer skills with excellent attention to detail and data-entry accuracy.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and verbal.
- Solid organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, transaction-focused environment.
- Availability to work within an 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. operating window.
- Flexibility to work overtime when required.
