2-3 RPA developers





in UiPath automation delivery Conduct

code reviews

and ensure development best practices Partner with client developers for

co-delivery and knowledge transfer Deliver

first production automation within 2-4 weeks

of engagement start Design and implement

UiPath workflows

for complex business processes Coordinate with Business Analysts for requirements and UAT activities Establish

reusable components and automation frameworks Manage technical escalations and solution architecture decisions Must Haves

6+ years of

UiPath development and architecture

experience UiPath Advanced Developer or Solution Architect

certification Experience leading teams of

2-4 RPA developers Track record of delivering

50+ automation implementations Strong experience with

process mining and automation assessment Background in

financial services, operations, or customer care

automation Expertise in

UiPath Orchestrator

administration and deployment Nice to Haves
