of progressive engineering experience in municipal infrastructure, water resources, and land development. Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering and registration as a

P.Eng.

in Alberta. Proven experience delivering technically complex projects. Strong expertise in technical writing, including design reports, cost estimates, and regulatory documentation. Solid understanding of municipal bylaws, development approvals, and regulatory frameworks. Willingness to
