Requirements

- Proven success leading multiple kitchens in a high-volume, casual dining environment
- A natural ability to coach, influence, and elevate others
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of cost controls and operational metrics
- A hands-on leadership style - visible, credible, and respected in the kitchen
