THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently hiring for a Shipper/Receiver position at our Edson, AB branch.

We are looking for a reliable and motivated individual to join our team and support our shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.

The shipper receiver is responsible for the movement of parts between front and back counter sales, vendors, other branches and Dynamics SL.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but are not limited to the following):

• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments.


• Maintain a shipping log.


• Set up and manage bin locations


• Transfer parts between branches


• Do daily forklift inspections.


• Process parts orders and parts returns. (Internal and External)


• Data Entry


• Pick up and deliver parts when needed.


• Other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong customer service and communication skills.


• Work as a team player with all staff and all other branch locations.


• Well organized and effective.


• Detail Oriented for accurate paperwork.


• Able to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.


• Strong computer skills.


• Able to meet deadlines and be prepared to work extended hours when required.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 50 pounds. Stand, kneel, bend, stoop, move, and walk long distances and in small areas with many moving pieces/parts.
