Intuit seeks a bilingual Tax Expert to assist customers in preparing and filing their tax returns remotely. You will guide clients through TurboTax, review returns, and handle product inquiries while documenting all interactions for accurate records.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in tax prep, a CRA RepID, and strong customer service skills. Adaptable weekly hours (minimum 20) and proficiency in English and French are essential.
