Install HVAC equipment and progress into the trade through a comprehensive training bootcamp. G2 certification is required; additional training in Sheet Metal or Refrigeration is expected.

Responsibilities:

- Install HVAC systems on residential and commercial sites.
- Use G2 certfications to perform gas fitting tasks.
- Sign up for apprenticeship sponsorship and trade license.
- Complete additional training to qualify as an independent HVAC installer.

Qualifications:

- G2 Gas Fitter certification.
- Strong work ethic, positive mindset, and willingness to learn other trades.
- Hands‑on mechanical experience.

Benefits: $132,000–$162,000 per year, training bootcamp (value $40,000+), tools & uniform, company car, company pension, health benefits after probation.

HVAC G3 / G2 Gas Fitter Technician – Chatham‑Kent

Same responsibilities and qualifications as the London location. Location‑specific commute or relocation required.

Maintenance Professional

Provide on‑site HVAC service and maintenance for residential customers.

Responsibilities:

- Handle service & maintenance calls.
- Collaborate closely with the team for customer satisfaction.




- Receive ongoing HVAC and customer‑service training.
- Aim to delight every customer.

Qualifications:

- Strong work ethic, positive mindset, and at least 5 years general hands‑on experience.
- G2 Gas Ticket acceptable.
- Available to commute to Chatham‑Kent.

Pay & Perks: Starting at $30/hour, 6–8 week paid bootcamp, wage increases by performance, 100hr in‑house education annually, journeyman wages $110,000–$140,000, tools & uniform, company pension, dental care, on‑site gym.

Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Handle inbound/outbound calls, book service, sales, and maintenance appointments.

Responsibilities:

- Inbound phone calls: book service, sales, and maintenance appointments.
- Outbound calls: follow up and pursue leads.
- Maintain clear call notes and update CRM.
- Meet customer experience and booking benchmarks.
- Deliver exemplary customer experience.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 years customer‑service experience.
- Experience with phone, email, and chat support.
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
- Positive, energetic, organized, and detail‑oriented.

Sales Skilled
