MRO Electronics is seeking an experienced NPI Engineer to guide the introduction of current products in our Calgary facility. You will oversee the full NPI lifecycle from concept to production, ensuring quality, cost, and schedule objectives are met. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in NPI, strong project management, and experience with CAD and ERP systems. A strong focus on continuous improvement and documentation is essential in this role.
