The Resident Care Manager ensures the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the overall operation of the home in accordance with current applicable provincial standards, guidelines, and regulations, to ensure that the highest standard of resident care is delivered and maintained at all times. Continuing Care Health Service Standard and Infection, Prevention and Control compliance processes and completes action plan development with follow-up.* Ensures Critical / Reportable Incident and all allegations of Resident abuse and PPC investigation processes are completed within timelines for responses in collaboration with the Director of Care.* Is responsible for the implementation of policies and procedures in collaboration with Director of Care.What You Will Need:* At least 5 years' progressive clinical nursing experience.* At least 5 years' experience in a leadership role, with demonstrated excellence in management, leadership, clinical judgment, and interpersonal skills.* Knowledge of applicable provincial legislation and standards:+ **Alberta:** Continuing Care legislation and Continuing Care Health Service Standards.+ **British Columbia:** Community Care and Assisted Living legislation, Residential Care Regulation, and WorkSafeBC requirements.+ **Ontario:** Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021, Employment Standards Act, 2000, Occupational Health and Safety Act, infection prevention and control (IPAC),
