Key Responsibilities:



• Support IT resource group with contract lifecycle management • Provide pragmatic legal advice on technology-related matters • Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements • Advise on emerging technology risks, including AI privacy concerns • Research regulatory issues to guide decision-making

Requirements: • Minimum four years post-call legal experience • Strong knowledge of software licensing and cloud agreements • Bilingual in French and English for effective communication • Solid grasp of intellectual property and data protection laws • Proven ability to deliver risk-based advice
