Our client is seeking a Learning Coordinator to join their team. As a Learning Coordinator, you will be part of the Learning and Development function supporting Leadership Training Programs. The ideal candidate will have strong organization, confident communication, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Manage multiple leadership training programs end-to-end by coordinating logistics to support a seamless participant journey. Send invitations, registrations, and reminders using the LMS and Outlook; keep participant communications accurate and timely. Administer psychometric assessments for participants and support the collection and distribution of related materials. Maintain a training calendar to prevent session overlap and ensure scheduling coverage is organized. Track progress and report outcomes on a weekly basis, including reviewing and updating communications for market-specific updates.

What's Needed?

Minimum 3+ years coordinating complex programs, learning initiatives, or projects involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities. Experience coordinating executive or leadership development programs. Advanced knowledge in Excel. Proficiency with LMS, SharePoint, and digital communication tools. Post-secondary education in or equivalent experience in adult learning, event management, marketing, communications, learning and development.
