Part-Time Evening Receptionist
to warmly welcome our customers and support dealership operations.
Schedule
Monday to Thursday
3:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers upon their arrival at the dealership.
Answer incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Provide courteous and skilled customer service.
Perform various administrative and support tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Complete any other related duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate Profile
Excellent customer service skills.
Friendly, professional demeanor and polished appearance.
Proficiency with basic computer applications.
Experience in the automotive industry.
Reliable, punctual, and well organized.
Knowledge of
SERTI
software (an asset).
