The Crossing Company’s Light Rig Division is searching for skilled Tankhands to oversee the rig's drilling fluid system effectively. This full time role emphasizes mixing additives, running solids control equipment, and operating boilers while ensuring a clean and efficient operation. Your commitment to safety while guiding Roughnecks will be crucial in this evolving team environment.

Key Responsibilities: • Set up and operate the drilling fluid circulating system • Build and maintain drilling fluid,



including mixing additives • Operate and monitor solids control equipment effectively • Manage inventory of drilling fluid additives properly • Supervise the operation of the boiler when onsite

Requirements: • Proven experience as a Tankhand in fluid management • Valid Special Oilwell Boiler Operator's Certificate preferred • Strong safety commitment and teamwork skills • Physical fitness for outdoor conditions and heights • Valid Class 5 driver's license required
