As a Program Lead Hand, youll play an integral role in managing the daily operations for ski and snowboard lessons. This role requires hands-on interaction with both instructors and guests, ensuring that service standards and safety protocols are maintained. Ideal candidates will have a background in ski instruction and strong organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily lessons and instructor schedules
• Oversee compliance with safety and quality standards
• Provide logistical support to the instructional team
• Act as primary contact for guest inquiries
Requirements:
• Valid Level 2 teaching certification from an approved organization
• Several seasons of supervisory experience in a qualified snow sport school
• Proven computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office
• Authorized to work legally in Canada for the winter
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities
