Skills

- DEC in building mechanics or equivalent experience (5 years min.)
- Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit, and a good understanding of plans
- Ability to analyze specifications, estimate costs and prepare bids
- Valid driver's licence (travel to job sites required)
