JOB DESCRIPTION

Department: Adventure Club Children

Job Title: Contractor (Part-time, as needed)

Age requirement:

1. Lead position: 18 years and above
2. Assistance position: 16 years or above

Purpose of the Job:

1. Supervise and monitor the safety of children (various age groups available).
2. Teach the love of Jesus while encouraging the children to listen and be kind to one another.

Knowledge Required:

1. Previous child care experience
2. Attentiveness to the needs and safety of children
3. Exceptional communication, teaching, and interpersonal skills
4. Caring and compassionate attitude a must

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

1. To teach, encourage, and be the example of the love of Jesus to children of all ages.
2.



Maintaining a protected workplace by monitoring children for health, behavioral, and emotional issues and reporting concerns to the supervisor.
3. Responsible for setting up classrooms before and after events (sterilizing toys and areas, taking out trash, etc.)
